adapted from This Cheese is Nuts!: Delicious Vegan Cheese at Home
1 cup raw cashews, soaked overnight
1 cup filtered water
1 tsp Sea Salt
1/4 cup modified tapioca starch
2 tsp tumeric powder
1/4 cup coconut oil, plus more for greasing the pans
1 1/2 tsp agar-agar powder
Drain the cashews. Blend everything together until smooth.
Oil a springform pan (I used 2 x 4")
Heat the cheese mix in a saucepan on the stove until it reaches 145 (will start to thicken).
Pull off the heat and fold into the pans.
Cover and refrigerate overnight to let it setup.
Release from springform pan + enjoy! Eat with anything really.
