raw chocolate tarts

CRUST INGREDIENTS:
1/2 C almonds, ground
pinch of salt
4 dates
1 T coconut nectar (agave nectar, honey, or maple syrup)

FILLING INGREDIENTS:
6 dates
3 T coconut water
2 T cashews
1.5 t cocoa

6 almonds, for garnish

PROCEDURE: 

Make the crust first by processing almonds until they are ground into a meal, then add everything else and process until combined. Press into tart shells (note:make sure the shells are lined with plastic wrap to help when you pop em out). 

Blend all filling ingredients together. Pour into molds. 

Refrigerate. Top with almonds.
