chickpea fries

INGREDIENTS: 

2 C water

1 C chickpea flour 

salt, to taste

pepper, to taste 

Raw Spice Bar Spice Pack Horseradish + Mustard

olive oil, to drizzle over fries

 

PRODEDURE:

Mix together the water, chickpea flour, salt, pepper, spice pack. Whisk until there are no lumps. 

Heat until the mix is thick, then pour into a baking dish to set up (depending on thickness you want this can be a large or small dish). Cover with plastic wrap. Let set in fridge about 30-40 mins. 

Pop out and cut into desired shape. Place the fries on a greased baking tray, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with a little bit of salt. 

Bake at 425 for about 40-45 minutes, flip halfway through. 

Serve with yo fav sauce.
